Important Guidelines & Legal Rules
- Cash contributions are not allowable.
- Unfortunately, donations are not tax-creditable.
- Donations are limited to $1200 per person.
- Donations can come only from those who are "ordinarily resident in Ontario".
- By law, the identity of anyone donating $100 or more must be disclosed to the public.
